* Are digital items used within BrainCash;
* Do not constitute bank deposits;
* Do not constitute legal tender;
* Do not represent ownership of BrainCash;
* Cannot be exchanged for cash except where a specific feature is expressly permitted and legally available;
* Cannot be transferred between users unless BrainCash expressly enables such functionality.

Virtual Items have no independent monetary value outside the Services unless expressly provided otherwise under applicable law.

5. Purchases

Where purchases of Virtual Items are offered, the price and applicable taxes will be displayed before confirmation.

Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You agree not to use unauthorized payment methods or payment instruments belonging to another person.

BrainCash may cancel or review transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise unlawful.

6. Refunds

Refund requests will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

Where a purchase has been successfully delivered and the law does not provide a mandatory refund right, refunds may be restricted.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Games and Fair Play

Users must play honestly and must not attempt to manipulate the Services.

Prohibited activities include:

* Bots or automated scripts;
* Exploiting software bugs;
* Hacking or reverse engineering;
* Collusion;
* Account sharing;
