The issue resulted from the customer’s device, internet connection, third-party software, or other circumstances outside Braincash’s reasonable control.

Where Braincash receives confirmation that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from the customer’s bank account, the transaction will be investigated and, where applicable, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Duplicate Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction because of a technical or payment-processing issue, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

Once a refund is approved, Braincash will initiate the refund through the applicable payment-processing channel.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s bank account or payment instrument may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other payment service provider.
Razorpay states that normal refunds generally take approximately 5\u20137 working days after being initiated, although the actual credit time can vary by banking\/payment network.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
